1 oz Maxy’s homemade passion fruit liqueur
¼ oz Simple syrup
½ oz Fresh lime juice
Egg white

Reverse dry shake/strain/up. Garnish with 🌺

Coconut Passion Fruit Daiquiri

A tiki twist on an old classic

2 oz Toasted coconut infused rhum*
1 oz Maxy’s homemade passion fruit liqueur
¼ oz Simple syrup
½ oz Fresh lime juice
Egg white

Reverse dry shake/strain/up. Garnish with 🌺


* Toasted coconut infused rhum: put some coconut flakes into a frying pan for a minute until they start to brown. Put 1 cup rum (we used rhum agricole) and about 1/4 cup coconut flakes into a flash jar. Shake shake shake, then store in a cool dry place over night.
