* Most rums are made from molasses, but agricole rums are made from sugar cane juice, giving them a grassy, funky profile. If you've never had an agricole rum, they can be a little weird at first. But give them a chance, they might turn out to be your favorite type of rum!
** Cane sugar syrup has a richer profile than a simple syrup made from standard white cane sugar. We like the complexity the raw sugar brings to the drink.
*** The Ti' Punch is pronounced 'tee punch' and is the national cocktail of Martinique. Ti' is short for 'petit'!
A classic Ti' Punch has NO ice. But we like it with ice.
