3 oz Whiskey
1 ¼ oz St Germain
¼ oz Averna
5 dashes Regan’s orange bitters
Heaping helping of Starkbier Foam*

Stir with ice, strain, and pour into a mini beer stein (those pictured are 8 oz each). Top with foam.

* Starkbier Foam: 1 oz Fresh lime juice, ¾ oz Simple syrup, ¼ oz St Germain, 3 oz Water, 4 dashes Regan's orange bitters, 2 Egg whites.

Add all ingredients except egg whites to mixing glass and stir to combine. Put mixture and egg whites into whipper and close. Shake to combine ingredients. Charge with N2O charger and shake. Remove charger and repeat with a second charger. Done!
