1 oz Pineapple Rum
1 oz Aged Dark Rum
¾ oz Bourbon
¾ oz Chinola Passion Fruit Liqueur
⅛ oz Allspice Dram
⅛ oz Lemon Juice
3 dashes Angostura*
2 dashes Jamaican No. 1 bitters
Mint

Fill glass with crushed ice. Slap a few mint leaves and add to glass. (We feel that adding the extra mint here makes a noticeable difference.) Stir liquid ingredients in a mixing tin with ice and strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with more mint. 🌱

* In place of the Angostura, we like to use 5 dashes of @honestjohnbittersco Aromatic bitters. They add a welcome cinnamon note!
