8 drops chai bitters

Garnish: Matcha powder and star anise

A decadent holiday treat
2 oz Vodka

* To infuse the vodka, we used coconut chai tea. Place one tea bag in 1 cup vodka. Let steep for one hour, remove tea bag, and you're ready to go!
** Matcha syrup: heat 1 cup milk, 1 cup sugar, 1.5 tablespoons matcha powder, and ½ vanilla bean until the sugar is dissolved and matcha powder well blended. Cool. Makes 3-4 cocktails.
